Publication Support

A disciplined route from finished study to submitted manuscript.

SRPI prepares manuscripts to meet the expectations of scholarly journals — clear contribution, complete reporting, compliant formatting and a professional exchange with editors and reviewers.

The publication journey

Six stages, each with defined outputs.

You can enter the journey at any stage. Every stage ends with materials you review and approve as the author.

  1. Stage 01

    Manuscript Readiness

A structured assessment of contribution, structure, methods reporting, results presentation and argument before a journal is considered.

  2. Stage 02

    Journal-Fit Review

Quartile-aware shortlisting based on aims and scope, article types, indexing status, audience and the fit of your contribution.

  3. Stage 03

    Technical Preparation

Language editing, template compliance, figure and table preparation, reference accuracy and metadata consistency.

  4. Stage 04

    Submission Guidance

Cover letter guidance, author and affiliation details, declarations, suggested reviewers and portal walkthrough support.

  5. Stage 05

    Reviewer Response

Help interpreting reports, planning revisions and drafting a clear, respectful point-by-point response you approve and sign.

  6. Stage 06

    Post-Acceptance Checks

Proof review, corrections, licensing and copyright clarification, ORCID and metadata checks, and dissemination guidance.

Quartile-aware journal targeting

Support across Q1–Q4 journal pathways.

We help you target legitimate, well-indexed journals appropriate to your scope and quality — subject to fit, peer review and editorial decisions.

Q1 & Q2 pathways

Where a manuscript's contribution, methodological strength and data quality suit highly competitive venues, we help you prepare accordingly and set realistic expectations.

Q3 & Q4 pathways

Well-matched journals in any quartile can be the right home for a study. We help you weigh scope fit, readership and timeline rather than quartile alone.

Quartiles change

Quartile rankings are recalculated periodically by the databases that publish them and may change. A journal's standing at submission may differ later.

Decisions stay independent

Peer review and editorial decisions rest entirely with the journal. We prepare and advise; we do not influence outcomes and cannot promise acceptance.

Included support

Practical preparation, not promises.

Manuscript preparation

  • Academic language editing and proofreading
  • Structure, abstract and title refinement
  • Journal template and formatting compliance
  • Figure, table and supplementary file preparation
  • Reference accuracy and citation-style checks

Submission-stage support

  • Cover letter and highlights guidance
  • Similarity-report interpretation and paraphrasing guidance
  • Publication ethics checks: authorship, declarations, data statements
  • Reviewer-response planning and drafting support
  • Post-acceptance proof and metadata review

Similarity review guidance

We help you interpret similarity reports and improve original expression and citation practice. We do not disguise text to evade detection.

Predatory-venue caution

Journal shortlists favour transparent editorial processes and verifiable indexing. We flag venues that show common warning signs.

Author remains the author

Submissions are made by you or your corresponding author. All statements and responses are approved by you before they are sent.
